Why Positive Training?
– We believe that positive reinforcement is the most effective strategy to training a Faithful K9. For example, we use markers to condition a noise to have the same meaning as an activity that is pleasing to the dog, such as knowing when it’s time to eat.
Why Education?
– No dog should suffer from uneducated owners. Here at Faithful K9 Trainer we teach our clients to have a trainer’s mindset to better their relationship with their dogs.What do we specialize in?
– We specialize in behavior modification, obedience training, boarding, daycare, and grooming.
– Our owner has gained experience through:
• P.A.W.S Program
• Canines with A Cause
• A 4,000 Hour Training Apprenticeship through the Department of Labor
• American Kennel Club
Through these programs our owner has become the Canines with A Cause North Idaho Representative, and a certified American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen evaluator. We have the capability to administer the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), AKC Community canine, Urban CGC, Virtual Home Manners, and Trick Dog Tests.
